Hélène is the owner and founder of Freedom & Relaxation. She has been a Registered Myomassology Instructor and Certified Myomassology Practioner since 2011. Her clinic is located in northern Ontario in Timmins where she offers Aromatica, and Myomassology training to students in both official languages.

Hi! I am Hélène Fontaine and I look forward to the possibility of assisting you on your journey.
I fell in love with the ideal of guiding others to create the life they have always dreamed of. I offer my clients the knowledge of insight, understanding, and perspective that can only be gained through personal experience. My purpose and commitment are to be compassionate, authentic, and safe as well as intuitive and caring. I believe we all have the possibility of achieving vibrant health in mind, body, and spirit!
